Individual Counseling

Individual therapy can be a transformative experience for those seeking support and guidance. With a focus on personalized care and a safe, confidential environment, clients can work through a range of challenges and achieve their goals. Whether you're with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or simply seeking personal growth, individual therapy can provide the tools and insights needed to move forward with confidence and clarity. We will start with a 60-90 minute intake session where Lizzy will go over paperwork, get to know your symptoms, history of symptoms, and what you want to get out of therapy. After the initial intake session, we will determine how often you need to meet with Lizzy for an individual therapy session. Lizzy does appointments in person as well as virtually.
